Instructions for authors

Researchers who wish to present their work at ECQT 2026 should submit an abstract.

Please note that:

• The deadline for submission of an abstract is March 4 March 11, 2026.
• Each abstract accepted for presentation at ECQT 2026 will require a separate registration.
• Each participant to ECQT 2026 is allowed to present at most one abstract, but might co-author an arbitrary number of abstracts.
• Only the .pdf file is required to complete the submission (see the template below).
• Abstracts about ongoing research projects, preprints, and submitted/published research papers are welcome. Accepted abstracts will appear in the conference's book of abstracts that will be released on the conference's website.
• In addition to individual submissions, TPC members are welcome to propose and organize complete sessions. To do so, please email your session proposal to ecqt2026-tpcchairs@sciencesconf.org including the session title and the list of confirmed speakers (minimum 3, maximum 4).

To prepare your contribution, please use the following LaTeX template and follow the instructions provided in the file: [LaTeX abstract template]. When submitting, you will upload the compiled .pdf file; see [pdf abstract template].

When you are ready, please submit your abstract selecting "Abstract" in the dropdown menu.
